429 / 503: Retry candidate only when explicitly marked idempotent. A person must still verify repeat safety, recovery, backoff and retry limits.
401 / 403: Review credentials, permissions and provider policy.
400: Review request validation.
Anything else / unknown: Manual review. No guessed recovery action.

Idempotent ≠ approved to retry.
The marker is supplied by you. This demo cannot verify workflow side effects, deduplication or external state.
